Keynote by Lyssa Adkins // 6 Sessions by Expert Coaches
If you’re like most agilists, you’re constantly looking to improve how you help others.
After all, helping others be their best is what you do, right?
And you know that to help others, YOU need to continue to learn and grow too.
Thankfully, there’s a TON of agile content available to you: Courses, Certifications, Books, Youtube Videos, Meetups, Facebook Groups, and Conferences just to name a few.
In fact, the list goes on and on…
Frankly, it can be a bit overwhelming.
In a sea of so many options, it can often feel like you’re treading water looking for the right thing to grab onto.
When you do finally find something, how do you know that the thing you reach for will help you and your team sail to success, or if it’ll just pull you under the next wave that comes by?
The truth is, without spending A LOT of time evaluating your options – time you probably don’t have – you’re likely to eventually grab onto the wrong thing. Grabbing onto just one wrong thing can drag you down, causing you weeks or months of frustration and pain.
But don’t worry…
There’s good news for passionate busy agilists like you…
Since early 2020 we’ve been hosting large online events to help agilists just like you improve their craft.
Tens of THOUSANDS of people have registered for our summits, and attended sessions by the biggest names in agile.
As the first to host large agile events online during the pandemic, we’ve gotten extremely good at creating an environment that builds community online.
People in our community love our events.
Our last 5-day event had a Net Promoter score of 75 (for reference, Apple Computer has a score of 47, and Starbucks has a 77).

Knowledge work requires conversation and strong visualization.
We need to share stories, learning, and real-time information.
Scrumboards, kanban, Personal Kanban are all good for showing a snapshot of your work, seeing what comes next, and catching a few metrics.
But what if your work has complexity?
What if you have experiments, ongoing discussions, and work that is shared with people outside your team? What happens if work doesn't flow from left to right, but bounces around in crazy do-edit-do some more-edit some more loops?
In other words, what if your work is like everyone else?
Well, you'd likely need stronger, more personalized, more reactive visualizations.
Jim has created these for many companies and now he's going to share those experiences with you.
It will be awesome.

Want to find the perfect Product Owner? All you have to do is find one with the time to do the job, the power to manage priorities, the knowledge to make smart decisions, the interest in doing the job, and the vision to build the right product. Easy, right? This session starts with looking at 5 key attributes to look for in a Product Owner:
Based on these items above, we will see the Product Owner Persona Template which allows one to identify how their Product Owners score in these dimensions. This allows you and your POs to see if your Product Owners have strength areas where it makes sense for them to be POs and also identify their gap areas. We will then examine how organizations often have Scrum Teams building products along with Product Teams (made up of folks such as marketing, research, sales, support) helping build out the Product plans. We will explore the concept of Product Managers and Product Owners and if these are the same or different roles and what role, if any, the business analyst has in this grouping. From there, we will have group conversations that address common questions and misconceptions about the Product Owner role.
The session concludes with working through the persona sheet to see if you indeed have the Perfect Product Owner.

Throughout the pandemic and post-pandemic era, the world of work has experienced an awakening. After extended periods of work from home, flexibility of schedule, and almost forced work-life integration, the workplace traditions of our parents and grandparents are no longer acceptable. Employees and leaders alike have learned that we can be incredibly productive while still being present for our lives. Yet, our workplaces, virtual or not, require some attention and intention of design to create flexibility that is built for the long term. In this talk, Melissa will describe the five things that employees can do to increase their own engagement, and the one thing that modern leaders must do. You might just be surprised.

Hi, I’m Adam.
You might know me from such hit YouTube videos as "Sh!t Bad Scrum Masters Say", my training materials like Build Your Own Scrum, or Recess (my retrospective-in-a-box).
If there's one thing I know, it's how to make learning about your team, your product, and yourself fun...
Which is why I've assembled this fantastic group of agilists for the Agile Virtual Summit, Coaching Edition.
Like you, I’m spread thin these days… but I’m setting aside 4 hours for some valuable agile goodness on November 10th.
Join us at the summit and have some fun.
Stay agile. Never change.
