If you’re like most agilists, you’re constantly looking to improve how you help others.
After all, helping others be their best is what you do, right?
And you know that to help others, YOU need to continue to learn and grow too.
Thankfully, there’s a TON of agile content available to you: Courses, Certifications, Books, Youtube Videos, Meetups, Facebook Groups, and Conferences just to name a few.
In fact, the list goes on and on…
Frankly, it can be a bit overwhelming.
In a sea of so many options, it can often feel like you’re treading water looking for the right thing to grab onto.
When you do finally find something, how do you know that the thing you reach for will help you and your team sail to success, or if it’ll just pull you under the next wave that comes by?
The truth is, without spending A LOT of time evaluating your options – time you probably don’t have – you’re likely to eventually grab onto the wrong thing. Grabbing onto just one wrong thing can drag you down, causing you weeks or months of frustration and pain.
But don’t worry…
There’s good news for passionate busy agilists like you…
Since early 2020 we’ve been hosting large online events to help agilists just like you improve their craft.
Tens of THOUSANDS of people have registered for our summits, and attended sessions by the biggest names in agile.

And that's true for ANY 21st century leadership role.
How do you react when you hear this at performance review time:
“Yes, I know the team is doing well, better than we could have imagined, and that’s great. But, what did YOU do? What was your specific contribution to their success?”
If you’re like many Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you’re hard-pressed to answer this challenge.
Who's just the person to help YOU find the answer to this age-old question?
None other than Lyssa Adkins.
She's the go-to source for all things Agile Coaching related. Heck, you have her book on your shelf, don't you?
In her keynote address, Lyssa will take us on a deep dive into her best-selling book Coaching Agile Teams and give you the tools you need to be able to confidently recognize and articulate your value.
After this session, you’ll have the tools you need to be a better agile leader who can make more of a positive impact on your team, in your organization, and in the world.
And you’ll know exactly how to answer that pesky question when it comes up in your next performance review!

When done well, Agile Coaching, or any 21st century leadership role, is impossible to see from a distance and can even be invisible to those who you work with up close. How do you react when you hear this at performance management time: “Yes, I know the team is doing well, better than we could have imagined, and that’s great. But, what did you do? What was your specific contribution to their success?” If you’re like many Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you are hard-pressed to answer this challenge.
In this session, we will take a deep dive into the Coaching Agile Teams book to uncover the practices that help you become specific and solid in recognizing your contribution. We will also work through the ways common measuring sticks need to change so that we can start valuing the value of 21st century leadership skills, such as coaching and team capacity building.

The November 2020 Scrum Guide introduced the Product Goal as a commitment made in the product backlog which serves as a target for the Scrum Team to plan against.
But... If you are used to the five-layered onion of Agile Planning, it can be hard to understand how the Product Goal fits in
How does the Product goal relate to the Product Vision? To the Product Roadmap? To Release Planning or Sprint Planning?
The addition of the Product Goal can QUICKLY make things that were once clear, murky.
In this session, Dave Prior will help create clarity around how to work with the Product Goal by drawing on the techniques and examples he has been using to help teams and students make sense of it all. He'll show you how work flows from from the Sprint Goal, through Sprint Planning, and down to Sprint tasks.
You'll leave this session with useful tools for gaining clarity on our the direction of your product, by focusing on the Product Goal.

Do teams really need conflict? Yes, they absolutely do. Conflict is a sign that something is trying to happen. The best ideas and outcomes are from diverse experiences and contributions, thus this means conflict
Unfortunately, many people try to avoid conflict, which only leads to more conflict and drama. Now drama, that is what we should be eliminating! This session examines the differences between conflict and drama, why conflict is essential, and common reasons why conflict goes wrong by becoming drama.

In this session, we’ll look at those top 5 backlog refinement mistakes and how to fix each one.

It is estimated that disengaged people cost organizations in the US over $550 Billion each year
Much of this loss is due to organizations allowing leaderless leaders to steal the innovative energy of people. Leaderless Leaders fail to create an environment for people to deliver value for customers.
Generative leaders give birth to organizations and human beings to demonstrate the ability to achieve amazing outcomes.
Imagine what generative leadership could do to help enable happy contributing people to reduce the $550B loss. Let’s share our experiences and stories about generative and leaderless leaders.

Hi, I’m Adam.
You might know me from such hit YouTube videos as "Sh!t Bad Scrum Masters Say", my training materials like Build Your Own Scrum, or Recess (my retrospective-in-a-box).
If there's one thing I know, it's how to make learning about your team, your product, and yourself fun...
Which is why I've assembled this fantastic group of agilists for the Agile Virtual Summit, Coaching Edition.
Like you, I’m spread thin these days… but I’m setting aside 4 hours for some valuable agile goodness on November 10th.
Join us at the summit and have some fun.
Stay agile. Never change.
